I’m Dr. Jennifer B. Towne, a learning scientist by training, a transformer by calling, and a builder by design. My doctorate is in instructional design, which is a formal way of saying I’ve spent years asking one question: what actually helps a person become who they’re meant to be?

That question shows up in everything I do. In my work developing leaders, it looks like learning built on the science of real transformation, not the guise of it. In my writing, it looks like honest words about faith, identity, and healing — the quiet, hard work of becoming whole. And in the space between, it looks like helping writers find the voice and the courage to step into their own next chapter.

Legacy is the summation of it all. I believe legacy is built in ordinary, faithful days. That’s the thread running through all of it — the leadership work, the books, the letters I write each week.
